Rumor News: Joker will appears in a famous flashback scene in Batman v Superman

The rumor is that The Joker (Jared Leto) will appears in flashback in "Batman v Superman" and will recreate a famous scene (pictured below). The scene is The Joker beating Robin (Jason Todd) to death with a crowbar. Perhaps that is why he ends up in jail which will lead to the tattooed Leto-Joker in "Suicide Squad".

So they are squeezing yet another character into Batman v Superman. ????
